Hi, I’m Meghan! I’m a doula who’s passionate about supporting people through pregnancy, birth, and those first magical (and messy) days of parenthood. I bring a unique blend of evidence-based guidance and warm and grounded support, shaped by years working as a medical anthropologist in maternal health, and my own journey as a mum of two.
I love data, but I love listening to your gut even more. So if it's informed decision-making sprinkled with a bit of heart-led intuition you are after, I am your gal.

More about Meghan.
My first foray into the birth world was through academia, studying Medical Anthropology in Copenhagen. That path took me from witnessing births firsthand to creating training for midwives, drafting policy papers for NGOs, and designing research for universities. A few career twists later I’ve found my way back to birth work, now as a mum of two incredible boys.
My own births have definitely squeezed me in the direction of Doula-ing. I had two wildly different experiences and both left an indelible mark. I think this is why I'm so drawn to supporting families because how it goes will stick with you forever. So if we can face and embrace it head-on, then the higher the chances you have of having the birth you deserve.

Some nice words.
"We signed up for a joint Squeeze doula and midwife hypnnobirthing session at our home in Camberwell, and it totally exceeded our expectations! Meghan and Sofia were a fantastic team who made the session super engaging and fun, bringing with them bags of goodies and resources for us to familiarise ourselves with. As a team they really know their stuff and we left feeling informed, reassured and excited for the road ahead. "

"Working with Squeeze felt like having two best friends next to me every step of the way. I opted for a bespoke package made up of support from both Meghan and Sofia and it was fantastic. They gave me all the confidence and reassurance I needed in pregnancy and in those early weeks at home. They truly are incredible and they have come up with a unique model here! I couldn't recommend them more!"
Alice, Doula & Midwife sessions, 2025
"Meghan has been wonderful in supporting us with our baby's sleep. She took the time to really understand our specific situation and offered guidance that felt realistic and achievable, She also helped normalise what we were experiencing and, on the days when sleep felt particularly challenging, she gave us much needed reassurance and hope."
